SRINAGAR

Arrive Srinagar, where you will be met upon arrival and Transferred to your deluxe houseboat.Afternoon enjoy a shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting Char Chinar, Floating, Vegetable gardens etc, and witness walnut Woodcarving and paper machie making demonstration. Evening Free for shopping.

DAY 02
SRINAGAR / SONMARG / SRINAGAR

Full day excursion to Sonmarg (Golden Meadow) by coach with packed lunch. Distance of about 83 kms Sonmarg will be covered about 2-½ hrs. Sonamarg lies in Sindh Valley surrounded by mountains and meadows full of Flowers. It is also the base for some interesting treks to The high altitude of Himalayan Lake.
Return to Srinagar in the evening.

DAY 03
SRINAGAR / GULMARG

Drive to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers, 2730 mts. Gulmarg above sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered In about 2 hrs. It has delightful ski slopes and the highest 18 hole golf course of the world. If weather permits, you can also have a breathtaking view of Nanga Parbat. The view enroute from Tenmarg to Gulmarg is magnificient.You can also go on a short trek upto Khilanmarg, in about 3 hrs. Enjoy Gandola ride. You can also take an (optional) Sledge ride on the snow-covered slopes.

DAY 04
GULMARG

After Breakfast Day free for individual activities, View of Lidder Valley.
Over Night stay at the Hotel.

DAY 05
GULMARG / PAHALGAM

After an early breakfast leave for Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds via Srinagar. Drive through Saffron fields, Visit Awantipura ruins of a 1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman. Drive through the Pine forest and along Lidder River. The total distance of About 140 kms will be covered in about 4 hrs. Arrive Pahalgam and transfer to your hotel. Free at leisure.

DAY 06
PAHALGAM

After Breakfast. Day free for individual activities. Optional: Visit to Chandanwari or Aru for a magnificient View of Lidder Valley.

DAY 07
PAHALGAM / SRINAGAR

After breakfast, proceed to Srinagar, the drive is Approximately 3 hrs. Arrive and check in at your houseboat. After lunch, visit the Moghul Gardens : Nishat Bagh (Abode Of pleasure), built by Asif Khan brother-in-law of Jehangir in 1632 AD, Shalimar Garden Bagh (Abode of Love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. These beautiful mountains are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. Distance from Srinagar is about 12 and 15 kms.respectively. Enroute, visit a carpet weaving factory and Shankracharya Temple.

DAY 07
SRINAGAR

After breakfast transfer to the airport for onward journey

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 10% before 15 days from date of departure
• 25% before 7 days from date of departure
• 50% within 7 days from date of departure
• 100% within 48 hours from date of departure
