KERALA ENCHANTING KERALA VACATION
COCHIN - MUNNAR - THEKKADY - KUMARAKOM
(5 Night / 6 Days)

DAY 1
Cochin (40 km-1 hr)

On arrival at the Airport/Railway Station in Cochin, you will be met and transferred to Hotel. After lunch go across the Cochin Harbour, which takes you to the gateway of the Arabian Sea. On arrival at Fort Cochin, proceed on a sight seeing tour, which includes a visit to the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing nets, etc. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Cochin.
 

DAY 2
Cochin - Munnar (150 km-4.5 hrs)

After an early morning breakfast, check out from the hotel & embark on a fascinating journey to Munnar enjoying the stunning panoramic view of the Cardamom hills & green carpets of tea plantation enroute. On arrival, check in at Hotel/ Resort. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the estate.
Overnight stay at Munnar.
 

DAY 3
Munnar

A morning sight seeing trip of Munnar; visiting the Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, the Mattupetty Dam & Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town, the town market etc… Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another night.
Overnight stay at your hotel.
 

DAY 4
Munnar - Thekkady (120 km-4 hrs)

After an early breakfast, check out from the Hotel & proceed to the wildlife sanctuary at Periyar /Thekkady and check in at the Hotel/Resort. Go on an evening game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc, and quite a lot of unique birds can also be spotted. Later, come back to the hotel; relax & enjoy your stay overnight.
 

DAY 5
Kumarakom (130 km-4 hrs)

Early morning drive down to Kumarakom; view the scenic picturesque landscapes on your way. Check in at the Hotel/ Resort on the banks of the Vembanad Lake. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight at the Resort.
 

DAY 6
Departure Kumarakom - Cochin (140 km-3.5 hrs)

Depart as per schedule to the Airport/ Railway station at Cochin for your onward journey.

  •  10% before 15 days from date of departure
  •  25% before 7 days from date of departure
  •  50% within 7 days from date of departure
  •  100% within 48 hours from date of departure

The domestic airfares are based on current tariff of the domestic airlines & are subject to change without prior notification; the revised fares will be charged extra. Cancellations made before start of tour will be subject to the hotels' and airlines' cancellation policies. All arrangements made by Shree Raj travels & tours are in the capacity of an agent only. Shree Raj travels & tours will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights & acts of force majuere. All passengers must be covered by suitable travel/health insurance prior to departure from the country of origin. Deposits will be requested for as and when the same is required by the hotels/airlines.
